Professional History

I am an enthusiastic secondary social studies teacher and digital learning specialist. Within the classroom, I am focused on creating an engaging and welcoming experience. Through the use of student-centered activities to I am able to engage students in the learning process and reach multiple intelligences.  I strive to foster and develop global and digital citizenship for all my students. For teachers, I want to develop and support a strong community of professional development expanding educational technology use and understanding through researched methods like TPACK, SAMR, and the 3E framework.
